Title & Documentation

At Living Architecture Limited, we understand that secure, verifiable title is the foundation of any real estate investment. We are committed to ensuring that every transaction is supported by appropriate legal documentation designed to protect your interests and facilitate a transparent transfer process.

This page provides general information on the documentation typically issued in our transactions and should be read together with your Contract of Sale and any other applicable transaction documents. Subject to the nature of the development and the applicable title status of the property, purchasers will ordinarily receive the relevant transaction documents outlined below:

Subscription Form / Offer Letter
Confirms your interest in a specific unit or plot and the agreed payment plan; it is not proof of ownership.
Contract of Sale Agreement
The binding agreement setting out the purchase price, payment terms, and obligations of both parties pending full payment.
Survey Plan
A registered plan showing the precise boundaries and coordinates of the property, prepared by a licensed surveyor.
Deed of Assignment / Conveyance
Depending on the nature of the Vendor's title and the applicable transaction structure, the Purchaser will receive the appropriate instrument of transfer, including a Deed of Assignment or Deed of Conveyance.

Due Diligence

We encourage every prospective purchaser to conduct independent due diligence before completing any transaction.

Our Legal Department is available to respond to reasonable enquiries relating to title documentation and transaction structure, and to facilitate the due diligence process where appropriate.

Nothing on this page constitutes legal advice or varies the terms of any executed transaction document.
