Dr. Excel Theophilus Ukpohor (FIMC)

Dr. Excel Theophilus Ukpohor (FIMC) is a distinguished Nigerian business strategist, production operations expert and youth life coach with over 15 years of corporate experience in the African energy sector. He currently serves as the Manager of Digital and Innovation at Nigeria LNG Limited (NLNG), where he spearheads digital transformation and AI integration within critical energy assets.

He has served as an expert panelist on AI and digital utilities at prominent conventions, and previously led Non-Technical Interface Management for NLNG's multibillion-dollar Train 7 expansion project. His core focus spans process operations, asset rejuvenation, long-term operational planning, quality assurance and change management.

He holds a Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) from Grand Canyon University and a Master of Science (MSc) in Process Technology and Management from the University of Strathclyde, and is a Fellow of the Institute of Management Consultants (FIMC). As Founder and Director of The Youth Resource Centre (YRC), he trains young people in entrepreneurship and professional skills.
